We all need comfort food sometimes, don’t we? These flatbreads with roasted squash and feta cheese easily qualify as such.
I don’t know about you but when it comes to cutting the butternut squash I am having really hard time. It is a bit challenging…and dangerous so, please, a little bit extra care there.
Making a dough with a squash puree is really pleasant actually. The dough becomes very soft and fluffy and easy to work with. It tends to be a bit more sticky than usual but dust with some extra flour if that happens.
We made this beautiful table for our breakfast and I realised after that this setting and especially the colours really remind of Christmas. Waaay to early to even mentioning it but let’s face it, it’s inevitable.
